1. No Return / Refund Policy
No return or refund is applicable under any circumstance. All Oturkar products are made to order, crafted with precision and care. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer a one-time free alteration service to ensure the perfect fit, with drop-off options available at no additional cost.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We do not accept general returns. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, you may request a return under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags must be attached.
The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
The issue must be documented with clear photos or videos and shared with our support team.
3. Refund Policy
As all our products are made to order, we do not provide cash refunds. Instead, we offer the following options:
Replacement: If the product is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement of the same item. Replaced product will be delivered within 10-14 working days.
Store Credit: If a replacement is not available due to stock issues, we will issue store credit that can be used for future purchases.
4. Return Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a return due to defects or damage, follow these steps:

Provide Proof: Share photos or videos of the defect/damage along with your order details.
Approval & Return Label: If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Processing Replacement/Store Credit: If the product passes the quality check, we will proceed with a replacement or store credit issuance. If it fails the check, we will return the item to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items do not qualify for returns or refunds:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Orders returned without prior approval from our support team.
Any customized or personalized items.
6. Exchanges
If you order the wrong size, we offer exchanges of products with an equal or higher value
Custom garments are not eligible for exchange.
